I am excited to review this product form the WHITEGLOW range by Lotus Herbals, this is my favorite product from the entire range, I am already on my second bottle, here’s why.

Reasons to love the Skin whitening & brightening Micro Emulsion:

• The price!! Affordable for such a magical product.
• The packaging is superb; I loved the pump given for this bottle. Apt for the product it’s neither a crème nor a gel.  Can be carried anywhere and everywhere. 
• The fragrance, the fragrances of all most all the WHITEGLOW products are more or less the same, this one has a milder lingering scent. I love it!!
• It has sunscreen, SPF 25, PA+++. It’s a wonder product for me.
• Keep up to all its claims, including the skin brightening one.  You can see your face looking bright and radiant after applying it and it doesn’t vanishes at the end of the day. 
• Very light soaks up into the skin like magic. 
• Doesn’t leave a white film or casting on application, drains in naturally. 
• The quantity is considerably good for the price; the bottle goes a long way, unless you use it three times a day unlike me. :P
• Hydrates the skin, it’s the mildest moisturizing crème I have come across, because of it’s this property I use it every day and sometimes mix it with my foundation too.  Try amalgamating the Skin whitening & brightening Micro Emulsion and your foundation you will love the results.


• Not much of the product is needed; just a pump or a two of the product is enough for the entire face and neck.
• Didn’t break me out, no irritation or skin redness. :)
• Not at all greasy, leaves the face very matte but hydrated and nourished.
• Has such a prefect finish, I mean your pores and uneven skin tones are almost invisible with it. 
• It’s my first favorite from the WHITEGLOW range  followed by the scrub and the gel crème.
• Suits all skin types, undoubtedly.






Reasons to dislike the Skin whitening & brightening Micro Emulsion:

NONE!!! I absolutely love the product. But the little thing which pinched me was the paraben content but I am happily ignoring it. :)



Repurchase/ recommendation:

I am already on my second bottle. I will continue to purchase it all summer.  I recommend it to EVERYONE, I mean it’s a MUST HAVE for every women and every vanity. 

Natures Brilliance by Sue- Lipbalm review

I surely mentioned about Susan’s Natures Brilliance cosmetics HERE.

Today I will be reviewing the lipbalm Susan sent me.

I am a sucker for lip balms, too many are too less for me when it comes to lip balms. I have used like all the possible brands of lip balms available around the globe. 
Susan sent me this lipbalm a while ago and I have eaten up around half of it. I sleep with a lip balm on and wake up with it; I basically live in a lip balm.
I mean the day I do not wear a lip balm is certainly when I am running out of stock or I have forgotten to carry it in my bag. 

Using lipbalm religiously is very important for having good lips, I mean it is a basic make up ethic, at least for me. I always have my lipbalm on before apply a lipstick or a lip gloss or a lip color irrespective of the time or season. 

Reasons to like the lipbalm by Natures Brilliance:

• The first thing I sought for in a lip product is Vitamin E, I love my lips and I can’t see them pigmented, hence vitamin E is a must have ingredient.  This lip balm has it. 
• Affordable.  You get a pretty decent quantity for $3 , and goes a long way.
• The scent is not that heavy, I mean you get certain lip balms with heavy fragrances, like mint or peppermint; I like these scents only in my gums or mints, not on my lips. I recently got a product which has this strong mint smell. 
• The lip balm should be moisturizing, otherwise it is not a lip balm, I have used lip balms, which were only waxes on the name of lip balm, this lip balm is completely moisturizing. 
• I like tinted as well as clear lip balms, but the clear ones get more of my attention since I can use them below any lipstick shade.  The tangerine lipbalm sent to me by Susan is clear. 
• I got the lipbalm in a tiny winy tub; Susan has these lip balms in tube and sticks too. 
• Keeps my lips moist and soft.  Gives a healthy shine to my lips. :)
• My chapped lips are gone.  ( I am using it since winters now)
• Some Lip balms tend to melt and bleed this doesn’t. 
• The ingredients- you simply can’t miss out on this one after reading the ingredient list.  These lipbalms, contain Natural Vitamin C which is known as an antioxidant. :)





Reasons to dislike lipbalm by Natures Brilliance:

Absolutely nothing!! 

Repurchase/recommendation:

I will try out her other flavors pretty soon. Also I recommend it to all you lip balm suckers…  You will surely love it, and people who do not like lip balms will fall for lip balms after using it.

How to use it:

Gently apply on moistened skin in circular movements on the face and neck.Rinse thoroughly. Use daily, morning & evening for brighter and luminous skin. Follow with WHITEGLOW skin whitening & brightening gel crème or micro emulsion.

About the product:

This is my first favorite product from the entire range. It’s one of the mildest and effective facial foams I have come across. Be it my first face wash of the day or the last one, I am loving this facial foam after my Pond’s one. 



Reasons to like the Lotus Herbals WHITEGLOW 3in 1 Deep Cleansing Skin Whitening Facial Foam:

• Dirty cheap. Such a nice product at such a price is sure a steal. 
• The quantity suffices enough to long you for a month even after using it for two times a day.
• You get a visible clean face after washing.  Also you do not need a lot of the product to get a clean face.
• The Lotus Herbals WHITEGLOW 3in 1 Deep Cleansing Skin Whitening Facial Foam did not break me out. 
• Suitable for all skin types. 
• As it claims, clears sebum, dust and residue make up, it actually does all this. You can get rid even of your left over mascara and kohl with this, I have included this in my make up removal routine, after removing and cleaning the make up with olive oil I wash my face with this to get a spanky clean face. 
• It has a very soothing and refreshing fragrance, which lingers around for a while.
• Leaves my skin soft and supple. I do not really need a moisturizer after washing my face with Lotus Herbals WHITEGLOW 3in 1 Deep Cleansing Skin Whitening Facial Foam.  No dry skin after face wash. I will doubt the same effect with super dry skinned women; it may dry out your skin. 
• It leaves the face with a radiant healthy glow.  (I am not saying it makes your skin lighter).
• Lathers well enough.  (It’s a con and pro both). 



Reasons to dislike the Lotus Herbals WHITEGLOW 3in 1 Deep Cleansing Skin Whitening Facial Foam:

• It’s quite runny. 
• It contains parabens. Lotus being a herbal brand should avoid parabens. 
• It doesn’t whiten your skin but yes leaves it clean and hence your skin has a nice radiance after face wash. It gives a tad slimy and slippery feeling, need to wash well. 

Repurchase/ recommendation:

I have already bought another tube.  I surely recommend to those who want to try the WHITEGLOW range.  This product isn’t a wonder facial foam but it won’t let you down either. 

Rating:

3.5/5 ( -1.5 for being runny and holding parabens).

Lakme Fantasy Collection Enrich Satin Lip Color- Review and swatches!!

The Enrich Satin Lip Colors are definitely a “MUST” have from the Lakme Fantasy Collection.

Here’s why!!

Lakme Fantasy Collection beholds 8 Enrich Satin Lip Colors.  Pinks, peaches and browns dominate the shade range. Some are mute whilst some are shimmery. 




I was sent shade no 132, 133 and 134.

Enrich Satin Lip Color in shade no 132 is a nice mute brown, with a hint of the color pink and peach.


Enrich Satin Lip Color in shade no 133 is a deeper brown, it's more on the peachy brown shades.

Enrich Satin Lip Color in shade no 134 is a mauve shade, it's a dark pink mauve shade.

All the colors are totally wearable. :)

Priced at 225INR you get a quiet decent quantity of the product. 

The lipsticks are highly moisturizing, and spread on the lips like magic. They are nicely pigmented and just one swap is enough to cover up lip pigmentation, if you have any.  The best part about the lippies, is that it has sunscreen, so now you know why I am with them for the whole day.:)

There are shades for one and all, from mute browns too lovely peaches, to bright pinks and mauves.  There's a color for every occasion, for office wear, for college, for evening dinners and for weddings too. :)

I found the price quite affordable and the product is worth each penny. The lipstick smell like the traditional Lakme ones neither too lovely nor too bad. 

The lipstick stays on for like 4 hours if you starve…touch ups will always make it look better.  It doesn't fade out completely, it leaves behind a good trace of color. :)

I tried it on with a clear gloss too, it only made it look nicer. :)

I wish they had few more shades to choose from. :(

Well, it's a must have from the Fantasy Collection.


Repurchase/recommendation: Well, Yes I will pick one or two of the other shades I'm eying from the collection. Do pick one if you are looking for a nice lipstick for summer wear. :)
